Changing notions of citizenship- past, present and future

We all are deeply choked whith this un-human act in Norway,
The most monstruous drama has occured at the north of europe because of un-knowledge of the others in east oriental lands , and with developping a mind of total rejecting others identities and cultures and emerging with a total focusing on his own European Ego .The world is changing very fast and some ones deny and refuse to go with changings.
Europe has to work quikly and very hard in the right way to prevent such a suicide Act issu from the only one coulored and ethnic mind in Europe.
But How ? the question is there .
Surely this guy has played whith terror games and war games during his youth.He can’t be the only responsable.Society is also implied ,therefor public debates of ideas is very important nowadays.May I thiking France,nederlands,italy,are doing wel with such debates.
We are deeply sharing your pain in Norway and with all Europe .
