Social Justice and Solidarity in Islam

I have a question and am Very interested in the opinion of Tariq Ramadan. In morocco there has been peacefull protests for about 7 months now for better circumstances and justice. Recently the goverment has started with voilent actions agajnst the protesters. In europe a lot of people from morocco are feeling solidarity with them and are prtotesting all over europe. The problem however is that a lot of mosques say that we are not allowed to demonstrate because of a Hadith where it is not allowed to stand up even if the ruler is unjust. You see a lot of people who are afraid to show their support because They don’t want to go against God.
In my Humble opinion I don’t see how Allah will not allow us to show solidarity when injustice is been done.
Do you have an answer for the Muslims in europe in this subject.
