What Is the Current State of Islam in Ireland?

Ireland seems to be a little paradise within Europe for the Muslims.
This discussion is quite interesting. I have some questions :
The socio-economical gap between the first generation of Muslims and the last one is put forward. Is there no ethnical tensions ? Is there no competition between the different cultures within the Muslims to get the leadership ? I have read in the book, The Quest of meaning (in French) that you (Tariq Ramadan) consider that the real discrimination (in general) is first social. You quote Pierre Bourdieu. It is a point of view, that I don’t share.
I would like to have more precision about your statement.
