# 8 The psychological grip

While being in this mind, soul and being medicinal prison, there is a presence of conscience, and “I” live with principles of Islam without real personality and focus of complete being turning towards The One, Allah (S.B.T.). The suffering can be so great that not even The Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) welcomes me in this state in this life, ever. There is no real personal mind and soul to think freely, it is just the presence being conscious of what is happening, being a witness. There can be an overwhelming presence of some powerful others, who in a negative way take “me” over and live their state of being inside of my body. It is living unfreely, living the presence of others inside of “me”. This is the psychological grip in “my” case.
