What a beutiful video to listen to in the tranquil stillness , dark and calm of the early morning, just after eating suhr and lying in bed waiting to pray fajr . What a nice reminder to say at the end . I love telling my mom and dad I love them even though sometimes they can really make me feel upset . it’s good for the body emotionally and physically because it’s expression and EXPRESSION IS HEALING while suppression of expression depending on the context and depth of feeling attached to it is usually an oppression towards your OWN feelings .
