“All opinions are that of the author and not necessarily those of the website that it is published under.”
He walked like a breeze with vision, a man going somewhere
The ground often held his glance, for his heart was ever present, with his Lord elsewhere
He stood in front of innocents, in wartime, a shelter and protector for them
And in times of peace behind, solicitous, about how best to serve them
Each person assumed, and wished, he loved them most
For he was the most loyal friend, surpassing, even heavenly hosts
He chose bare necessities, though empires crumbled at his feet
He preferred hunger, with the poor, refusing personal luxury
He respected all – animals and nature too – demanding for each its full right
Both his justice and forgiveness were mercy: prescient with prophetic insight
His scent was like musk, touch like silk and face more radiant than the moon
His stature stately, body lean, demeanour elegant and occupation truth
He seldom spoke; only wisdom and guidance – when he did – he imbued
Conveying only what God inspired, and with perfection and beauty, exemplified it too
His legacy’s destined to enlighten the world, outshining even the sun above
For he conquered hearts, not lands, as he was truly pure love
All this, and much more, by the grace of his Lord
Peace and blessings upon Muhammad, the Messenger of God.

Muhammad
Whoever saw him, was in awe of him
And whoever lived with him, fell in love with him
For he walked like a breeze with vision, a man going somewhere
The ground often held his glance, for his heart was ever present, with his Lord elsewhere
He stood tall before victims, valiantly, even in war
But in peace, with all humility, from behind he walked
For he was for the oppressed a most blessed protection
Concerned for their good, a Mercy sent by God’s affection
Each person assumed – and wished – he loved them most
For he was a most loyal friend, surpassing even heavenly hosts
He chose bare necessities, though empires crumbled at his feet
He preferred hunger and loved the poor, refusing personal luxury
He respected all –even animals and nature– demanding for each its full right
Both his justice and forgiveness were mercy: balanced with prophetic insight
By day he purified society, and by night, his heart, adorned
For his day was in service of others, and night, God’s worship, alone
His scent surpassed musk, touch surpassed silk, and face, the radiance of the moon
His stature was stately, body lean, demeanour elegant and occupation truth
He seldom spoke; only wisdom and guidance, when he did, he imbued
Conveying only what God inspired, and with perfection and beauty, exemplified it too
His legacy’s set to enlighten the world, even outshine the sun above
For he conquered hearts, not lands, truly embodying pure love
All this, and much more, by the grace of his Lord
Peace and blessings upon Muhammad, the Messenger of God
