The socio-economical gap between the first generation of Muslims and the last one is put forward. Is there no ethnical tensions ? Is there no competition between the different cultures within the Muslims to get the leadership ? I have read in the book, The Quest of meaning (in French) that you (Tariq Ramadan) consider that the real discrimination (in general) is first social. You quote Pierre Bourdieu. It is a point of view, that I don’t share.
