  1. Salam Alaikum,

I am not a student but I went with my daughter on Wednesday to Soas University and listen to you.
I am a French revert living in London. I am far to be a intellectual but before I became Muslim I have always been inquisitive of this world and maybe a bit idealistic since i came to Islam I feel even more aware of the complexities of this world. I agree that we need to educate ourselves but education is a huge trap and we need to be aware of it even in Islam there are so much opinions, some of them are really dangerous and these wrong opinions are manipulated by the Western governments. Muslims are not united and they allow all this actual mess to happen (wars, refugees). I feel sad for this word. When
my daughter was growing up I have always asked Allah to make her a strong Muslima. Today she is 18
and she wants to do History and Arabic at University. She wants InshAllah to be a speaker like you and be fluent in French, Arabic and English so yes education is important but with Allah’s help. Without the acknowledgement of Allah, my daughter today wouldn’t be so aware of the reality of this world and be a lot like her fellows student in A level who just accept facts without looking for the real truth. Please if you have any good advices for her just email me. Salam Alaikum
